what could be better than

being all sweaty at the gym, feeling my usual degree of annoyance at the guys and gals (trainers included) surrounding me who look like they should be going to a bar in their outfits & make-up, rather than 'working out' then taking a cigarette break.... when all of the sudden, i look up at the middle-aged man running - more like bouncing - backwards on the eliptical to the exact beat of what just happens to be playing on my shuffle, the safety dance?! i actually laughed out loud, then continued to watch, then handed the headphones to ben when he walked over to tell me it was time to go, and made him watch, too.

can you picture it? i'm just saying!
