that's right... we're having a boy! we found out today & couldn't be more thrilled. no doubt emre plus a baby brother is going to keep us on our toes... and take us on many adventures. can't wait! here's a preview of the action x2 coming our way...

it's amazing when your child learns to play independently - and you don't have to constantly encourage them or entertain them, but you can sit back and watch while they do their own thing (or, in my case, cook a pot of chili). lynntie, he's loving those mega blocks these days!

heartbreaker! he he says 'ya yuh you mommy' (i love you mommy) and it breaks my heart. he looks at me like this, and it breaks my heart. he sits on his potty to pee (getting some actually IN the potty) and - well, you get it.
he also enjoys sitting in the big chairs & helping himself to whatever is left at the table. or taking all the napkins and strewing them about the living room.

First, YAY FOR BOYS!!! woohoo.. this auntie cannot wait to welcome the newest baby boy into the family. Jeffrey and I couldn't be happier for you all. Second, what beautiful pics! I think Emre looks like his uncle Fazil in some of these. And, I think daddy Ben is looking quite handsome :) You all make one gorgeous family. And I love you! XOXO
