five pictures from prague

since i can only upload five at a time (can one of my fellow bloggers please inform me of why this is??) here are some pictures i took in prague.

this was really interesting-- lazer poetry? it was like magnetic poetry sliding down the side of a building. later we saw two lazer mice chasing each other down the side of a building. random, but neat.
a glimpse of st. vitus cathedral at prague castle- a gothic masterpiece!
we saw several beggars in this position on the street, and were surprised to find the pose captured in this sculpture at the castle, outside of the old prison. we haven't been able to find the story behind the pose yet...
a real treat in prague- all of the puppet shops displaying marionettes... i especially liked the little guy greeting us at the door here.
this was another puppet shop close by our hotel.

Love the laser art.. when I was there the big thing was glow-in-the dark and laser theatre. literally, huge glow in the dark costumes and laser shows as the actors were performing. very strange. it's supposed to be a pretty cutting-edge city in terms of art.
Love alll the pictures!!
