as i posted a few months back, ben and i have re-painted & pretty much re-done the bedroom since i moved in about 6 months ago. hard to believe that much time has passed... and yet, not hard. anyway, the bedroom is now complete, the finishing touch came a little over a week ago when our curtains were installed. it's very satisfying, i must say, to see the results.
i love the rich fabrics that are so common in turkey... and they are typically relatively cheap, too.
it's a amazing how different this room was when ben lived here by himself. in his bachelor pad.
new curtains-- very turkish fabric. i love them!
we also got new linen curtains for the den/guestroom. love the hand-woven design & the light they let in.
