good, good, good, good vibrations

despite waking up to big, fat, wet flakes of snowing falling to the ground this morning (yes, i know i was complaining about not having any snow this winter, but really, the time has passed and now it's just like a cruel joke), i am in a seriously good mood these days. why, you ask? because i've got plenty to look forward to, and even the greyest most dismal of days cannot change my mood:

:: a visit from my very good friend, margot, commencing upon her arrival this wednesday evening. during her stay we will keep very busy with lots of catching up, sight-seeing, and trips to capadoccia and istanbul. fun, fun, fun!!

:: a journey back to my homeland... in less than 3 weeks! and i'm VERY excited to see my family and spend some qt with them.

:: getting married. the more ben and i think about this actually happening before the end of 2010 (twice), the more excited we become!
