meeting grandma and grandpa

emre is three weeks old today!  this would be hard to believe if not for the sleep deprivation ben and i have experienced for nearly a month now...

mom & dad arrived on tuesday night - just 2 hours delayed coming from munich - and finally got to meet their grandchild.  they've been enjoying every minute with him - and taking advantage of every chance to hold him!  i'm ever so grateful for the help...

dad has rocked/sung/hushed emre to sleep for the past two nights during his fussy time (11pm), and we are so, so grateful!

yesterday we had coffee with the girls - i brought mom & dad along to meet everyone.  it was emre's first coffee, and i was so proud to finally show up with a baby of my own!  such fun to share emre's birth story  and see all of the cute babies again.
