last saturday my mom & sister hosted a beautiful baby shower for me.
it was a wonderful excuse to see a lot of old friends and spend the afternoon celebrating baby boy.
sarah's mother-in-law, lynn, created this incredible diaper cake and sent it all the way from san diego. it served as the perfect centerpiece for the festivities!

instead of a game, they came up with an 'activity' which included writing wishes for our baby boy on paper to go in his baby book. we'll certainly treasure those.

delicious cupcakes from maggie's bakery were the perfect end to the perfect shower. thanks mom & sarah! you really made me (and baby boy) feel loved.
