ankara without the smog

typically there is a layer of gray smog covering the city that really limits the view... i took these photos the morning after a rain storm. this is the view from our living room-- it's especially nice at nigth with the city lights. this might give a better idea of just how sprawling ankara is (those are buildings covering the hills)-- and keep in mind this is just one section of the city!
